The rules for using Pharmia.
These terms describe the general rules that apply to Pharmia users. A written agreement with a pharmacy may include additional terms.
Effective date: August 14, 2026
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing Pharmia, you agree to these terms and confirm that a customer pharmacy or organization has authorized you to use the service. If you use Pharmia for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to follow the rules applicable to your account and role.
Purpose of the service
Pharmia provides structured intake, information organization, assisted search, documentation, and follow-up tools for pharmacy teams. Available features may vary by module, organization, role, version, and commercial agreement.
Clinical responsibility
Pharmia does not replace professional judgment, diagnosis, medical advice, or a healthcare professional’s obligations. Automated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate.
A pharmacist or other authorized professional remains fully responsible for reviewing relevant information, validating output, and making clinical decisions. The service must not be used as the sole basis for a patient decision or in an emergency.
Accounts and security
- Keep credentials confidential and use only your own account.
- Provide accurate information and keep professional contact details current.
- Promptly notify your administrator or support of suspected unauthorized access or incidents.
- Follow permissions, organizational policies, and applicable confidentiality requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, test security without written authorization, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, extract data in bulk, access information without an authorized purpose, copy or resell the service, or use Pharmia in an unlawful, deceptive, or harmful way.
Personal information
You must use personal information in Pharmia only for authorized pharmacy functions and in accordance with applicable laws, professional rules, and policies. Our handling of information is described in the Pharmia Privacy Policy and agreements with customer organizations.
Intellectual property and feedback
Pharmia, its software, interfaces, trademarks, content, and documentation belong to Bento or its licensors. Subject to your organization’s agreement, Bento grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for authorized purposes. If you provide feedback, Bento may use it to improve its products without obligation to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Pharmia available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may fix, update, add, remove, or suspend features for security, compliance, maintenance, or product development. Organization-specific service commitments are set out in its written agreement.
Suspension and termination
Bento or your organization’s administrator may suspend or remove access when it is no longer authorized, a contractual obligation ends, a security risk exists, or these terms are violated. Obligations concerning confidentiality, ownership rights, and required retention survive the end of access.
Liability, governing law, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Bento is not responsible for clinical decisions made by users, unauthorized use of the service, or indirect damages arising from that use. Detailed limits and responsibilities between Bento and a customer organization are governed by their written agreement.
